Document Aggregator

The document aggregator is a system that allows you to insert the rows of a document into another by adding the rows or grouping the whole document in a single row.

Through the aggregation editor it is possible to identify which fields will be used to manage this union. This feature is only present for Cloud and Pro licenses. By enabling the aggregation, the designated section will appear inside the detail. Click Settings to open the management window.

Linking field to use on (table name)

Indicates the field that connects the two documents and makes it possible to aggregate them.

Additional table where the rows will be collected

The additional table of the documents that assembles the rows; the name is always table_rows.

Quantity management field in the collection table

The field that manages quantity in the table that assembles the rows.

Comparing table containing the linking field

The table from which you want to aggregate.

The field that links the two documents in the comparison table.

Links for grouping rows

Links must be set for grouping the rows of the documents. Fields from comparison table_rows: the fields of the comparison table that must be linked. Fields named table_rows: the fields of the table that must receive the link. Sum: tick if the fields are to be added together. No Different: tick if the fields are not to be added together.
